Our mission at Nutrition by Sania is to provide and inspire individuals with the nutrition knowledge to get all the nutrients to stay healthy, active, and powerful.

I work closely with all my clients to help develop a step-by-step personalized diet plan tailored to their lifestyle, cultural beliefs, religion, and the latest evidence. I am very excited to work with you!
My Story + Approach
I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) 12 years ago. I was struggling with abdominal pain, bloating, and continuous discomfort. Back then I had zero knowledge about IBS, I even don’t know that IBS exists. My doctor simply gave me stomach-related medicines every time I went to visit. But It gave me a short relief.
Then I started my Food Science and Nutrition degree course in 2014 to complete my Graduation. As a nutrition student, I became more and more aware of what to eat and what to do with my diet!
Eventually, through my university training and countless hours of research, I was able to improve my gut health and maintain a balanced lifestyle. That’s how Nutrition and diet therapy changed my life.
Now I have over 5 years of experience seeing clients in Nutrition therapy practices, health centers, and hospital outpatient clinics. I recently launched my virtual private practice to be able to help more people across Pakistan and around the globe.
